Anyone ever see this? 2023 STX with 20k miles. Window won’t stay rolled up no matter what I do. It rolls back down no matter how far I go up or how long I hold button.

I think you have to start the relearn process by first setting the down position, Press and hold for 10 seconds, then do the up position pull and hold for 10 seconds.

Have had this issue a handful of times with a 22 and 23 f150. in my experience it goes away after a day or two and functions normally again. issue arises once in a blue moon, havn't had it to the shop because it doesn't really impact me too much. whenever its glitching like that, I just get it to about 99% up and doesn't seem to let any rain or anything in.

good luck- interested to see if other people have had it diagnosed/fixed.

Low battery condition causes it to lose it's programming. Just needs to set again.

Did mine a couple weeks back and has been good since.

Yep, happened to me two weeks ago,, but unrelated to a low battery. Followed the steps outlined in previous posts in this thread to fix.

Thanks all, the relearn procedure fixed it.

Mine used to do this. I found something online that fixed it. I think it involved holding the button down while doing other things, some sequence of that. Sorry I can’t tell you what I did but you can look it up online.

Edit: I see I’m late to the party.

Mine did this for the first time ever today, too. Thankfully the fix is easy.

I gotta go with battery not up to snuff.
I replaced my second H6 a couple of months ago with an H8 and have not had the issue since.
Auto Start Stop started working way too well, and failure to restart has not happened again.
Also--Automatic updates have been coming in pretty regular now--I think I'm up to May 2023.
BTW--I have a 21 and that window thing is usually the first warning that things are gonna go haywire
