Worth installing distribution block in the rear, for all accessories?

Is it worth installing a power distribution block to the rear, so that instead of running all your accessories to the battery up front, you could just tap into that block in the rear? Is that reasonable or not? I figured I'd ask, as I'm about to install a few devices and they each tell you to run the electrical all the way to the front. It just seems like one low gauge line to the back, attached to a block, would make things simpler.

I just wanted to get some thoughts before I embark on these projects, in case I can do this all in a cleaner fashion than just adding more cables to the already existing wire harnesses going up front.

When I had audio systems in my old vehicles I'd run a 0awg wire from battery had a breaker or a fuse under hood and a block in back. Would run both amps off the block. Make sure the one wire is a large one to carry the juice
This was years ago but I don't see any different now other than depending what your wanting to run off said block.
This is just my $0.02 as what I've done in the past and never had any issues

That's pretty much my thinking but wanted to know from others as well. I was searching to see what parts I should go with and was hoping that someone who has done this already would suggest a safe place to mount the block.

This is my first F-150 and I would hate to mount this someplace where I'd find out the hard way that it was a bad location.
