Edit: It looks like they have an adapter on their website to mount the new mirror directly to the windshield and replace the OE mirror.

After watching one of the YouTube videos, it looks like it attaches to the factory mirror via 2 rubber straps. Not my cup of tea.

Yes we have OEM bracket for better install. You can choose #1 bracket and leave a note "need metal piece".
