I have a 2022 platinum. I’m trying to figure out a wire under the hood to tap into to get ACC power only. I need to trigger a relay when the key is on. Any help is appreciated. It really needs to be under the hood. I tried a fuse tap in the box, fuse 125 or something for a smart charger, but it doesn’t fit well and the smart charger stays on after the key is off for a long time. This option isn’t working well.

Take your pick, there are plenty to try out, more are keyed than constant. I used F21 to power my DRL controller off keyed power just fine. I did discover though, the fuse tap I was using needed just a little trimming down with a file to fit correctly.

The attached may be of interest. It's a 3-page table I compiled of fuse Hot status from the 2022 Ford Service Manual, sorted by status then fuse number. This is for the engine compartment Battery Junction Box only and not all of the listed are 'blade-type' fuses that lend to a 'fuse tap'.

"Relay Control" means the fuse is Hot when certain vehicle systems are activated; the relay is controlled by a vehicle module such as the PCM, etc. You'll have to test to figure out the behavior of those, it's too complex and varied for me to tabulate. That's where you may find fuses that go Hot with ACC On without Start / Run, and most of those will likely be subject to delay shut-off after engine off.

Hope that helps, Have Fun ;)
Thank you sir
