Mirror power tap XL

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to tap 12v from up by the mirror for a radar detector on a XL? I have a 2025 RCSB but the mirror is just a plain mirror, no power running into it.

ended up powering mine up just like this guy.



didnt need any tools or anything.


used this wire kit, with the thinnest pins

i would get the 24 inch so you have a lot of slack
