In my opinion none of these are ideal for snow blowing or drying a car. I use Ego 756CFM which puts out 2651 grams of force. The best blower(WolfBox) in this YT video produces 73CFM and 334.2 grams of force. It definitely has a use case but not when it comes to snow blowing or drying a car.
