Window tinting near SE Michigan.

Anyone have a recommendation? There is a small “Auto One” nearby but I’ve never used them. Also what would you tint the fronts to match the backs or maybe just one shade lighter?

This is my 3rd F-150 but I plan on having this one longer and every one of them gets damn hot through those front windows when the sun comes out!

I've used Shader's on Gratiot since moving up here. They did a fine job. One thing I discovered, tinters are significantly more expensive in Michigan than in Florida.

I did the front sides, made the rear limo dark and eyebrow. If I remember, it was $250 or $275. The same in Florida was $160. Only $10 for eyebrows.

Notorious Tintz in Livonia is my go-to. Used them for almost all of my vehicles. On my 2019 truck, I did 15% front, 35% rear, which made it look uniform all around.

I used Performance Tint for my 2018 Colorado. They've since moved from Livonia to Plymouth. I'll be calling them soon for my 2022 F150.

I just had my windshield replaced at AutoOne in Wixom and asked about their tint prices. $99 for the front doors for regular film and $149 for ceramic.

Thanks for that info! I may be doing that if I can decide on whether or not I am keeping this truck.
