Window Bounceback?

Happened the first time the other day. Both front windows. Then the passenger worked properly but had to use the window select height part of the switch, to close the driver's side.

I've read the several threads about it and didn't find a rock solid cause. Lubing the seals, an update glitch, faulty motor, or as usual, low or bad batts?

Truck hasn't acted up since resetting the BMS, and had just taken a >100 mile, one way trip, it wasn't remotely dirty and according to Ford Pass, the last update I got, was in late March.

I can clean and lube the seals easily enough and check the batt voltage (though this time, I doubt thats it) but has anyone locked down a consistent cause?

My driver's side window acts up pretty regularly as far as bouncing back when using the auto close, I noticed the other day that it wasn't going down as far as it normally did when I opened it. I pushed on it and it kind of bumped down and after that it didn't have any issues for a while. Later on it started acting up again and I just pushed down on it while it was opening and that seems to have gotten it back to normal for now. I had tried the recalibration a few times a long time ago and that worked for a bit, but this last time when the window was not opening all the way seemed more like a mechanical issue and the calibration wouldn't work. After pushing it down I didn't need to do the recalibration, it just worked again like normal.

i had to do that after my last battery was changed and they did the updates
the truck forgot the windows have in channel deflectors
i could not find the stuff on my phone
