Why am I not receiving updates?

Can anyone help me with why I am not getting updates on my truck? 2021 Lariat Powerboost. Bought used and owned almost a year and have never really dived an update. i have automatic updates set up for auto and any night at 1:00 a.m. is this something I need to see a dealer about?
