Why am i getting this?

At end of every call this pop up my display screen. What settings are they talking about? On phone or head unit? I was messing around trying to find a privacy button to transfer call to hand set. I didn't find BTW.

I know little about Android phones, but I suspect it’s a phone setting vs a Sync setting.

Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone, find your truck, and make sure the permission is there for phone access. If that isn't there, check the app permissions setting for Android Auto.

That was it. I had to go into android autos permissions. Not just the phones permission. Once I gave aa both phone and contact permission I started getting phone display on my headunti screen.
For days I have been frustrated that I could not send calls back to my phone in privacy. Now I have a screen that shows current call, recent, messages and best of all I can control when the call is handed to.

My thought too. I've never had an issue. Edit: nevermind I see it was resolved.
