When starting the radio screen goes to settings.

Hi I have a 23 F 150 XLT and this problem started last week. It used to be when you would start it up that the big screen would go to audio. Now when you start it up it goes to settings and you have to touch the audio button to see the radio station. Does anyone have the same problem and if so did you fix it and how did you fix it. Thank you for your help.

Same problem, I’ve found it has to do with CarPlay connecting. If my phone is in airplane mode it turns on normally.

Mine does the same thing... sometimes on start up it goes to android auto sometimes it goes to the app screen sometimes it goes to sirrus xm.

Mine started doing this a few months ago. Had a VIN lookup done by @rugedraw on the thread https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/request-vin-lookup-thread.13393/page-565

@rugedraw found that my latest OTA update did not complete (file download error or something)
Had to wait for the next automatic OTA update which took a few months.

Everything is now back to nav screen on startup.

I have this same issue with my 24 STX. Its random and I haven’t figured out the pattern yet. I dont use carplay or android auto.

They just did a update last week on the driver side and passenger side window. Maybe if I lower my windows it will fix my problem.

Well I don't know what happen but my radio screen is on when I start up my pickup. It has been working for about 2 days. Don't know if after the the side window update if that fixed it or it just fixed itself. Just thought I would let everyone know there is hope.
