I am in the same boat.
What does that order tracking number look like? How many digits, letters, numbers, etc?

My order tracking # is seven digit # 's , I think Ford will email me the VIN. when it goes into production.

Salesperson also says that he doesn't have an "order tracking number", just what he calls "order number", which actually is the 4 digit "order code" shown on the "Preview Order" sheet that they gave me.

Should I be worried?

You’ll need that four digit code along with the VIN to track your order…

I just called Ford with the sales & order codes. They confirmed that it's ordered, it's just that the dealer didn't attach my name / email to it. I hope it's all good.

Sometimes dealers use their own email instead of the customers so any updates get sent to them instead of you. Could potentially be the issue here.

My order has been in for the 5th week. I haven't received a verification from Ford. I called my dealer, and he said that my order was placed, but, he doesn't have an order #. He did give me an order verification tracking ( COPV ) #.
Now what ??

I would call Ford at 800-392-3673, at the prompt say "representative".
That's what I did, they provided the VIN number, which apparently was generated 5 days after order placement (only 4 business days).
The dealer had given me the order code and dealer code.

Did you get a printout of the configuration page? For me, that had both of those codes on it .....

Hopefully Ford and my dealer honer the agreed OTD price. This trade tarrif stuff may effect that.

Worked for me until yesterday, seems to be broken since last night.
I get this message now:
"The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order."

Does it work for you?

Cool, please report back!
Either it's just a glitch in their system (which is what I hope), or Ford cancelled all the outstanding orders because of the tariffs, LOL.

I checked my order this morning. My scheduled build is the week of 4/28.
