What do I lose when my Ford Security Add-on expires?

I don't have start inhibit either. Though I probably wouldn't use it, for fear I lose connection and cant disable it? Unless it disables with a keyfob press.

Is it on the fordpass app or in the truck's screen settings?

It’s on a settings screen in the truck. If I remember correctly, it’s the very last option at the bottom of a screen.

Ford began offering the start inhibit feature as part of its Ford Security Package for select 2024 and 2025 F-150 trucks (excluding F-150 Lightning) and Super Duty trucks. This feature is available on vehicles with SYNC 4 version 2.1.6.4 or later. The package, which includes theft alerts and Stolen Vehicle Services, was initially rolled out to 2024 F-150s and later expanded to the 2025 models.

I looked up my Sync version and it is listed differently. It is Sync 4. Do I find it someplace other than the screen in my truck?

I have a 2025 Platinum 3.5 Eco. BTW If you don't use Alexa just click that blue circle in the upper right hand corner of your sync screen and follow the instructions to turn it off ?

Odd...I just got a update a few days back. Something about a headlight trouble code. How do I find out the latest Sync version for my model. Could possibly not all 2024's have the deactivate feature?
