What are these wires hanging down?

I have wires hanging down by the left front tire. Not sure what had happened, or what they are or where they go to. I have been scouring wiring diagrams and am coming up with nothing so far.

Since I have bought this pickup, I have put new tires on it, and have had slight ping ponging with and without the lane assist and lane keeping system on and off. I barely notice it anymore, but it makes my wife queasy when she rides with me. I'm not sure if the two are connected or not. It's been into Ford, and apparently it needs a few updates, but Ford needs to fix something on their end (?) to get updates to work on my end. I get random PowerUp updates, but have not had a sync update since they were able to do a USB update in November.

I'm driving a 2021 F-150 Lariat Sport. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I can get information as needed if anyone can help. Thank you!

Did you try and trace where it runs? Probably for lights that were removed.

That is on my to do list. I have not made it that far. Noticed before work a couple days ago, asked on another forum and didn't get a response, so I'm trying here.

Block heater harness? (assuming you don't have one)?
