I Purchased the 125,000 mile extended warranty and was curious if things like changing my oil, filters , etc Will void my warranty. I looked at the brochure I got when I purchased the extended warranty and there’s nothing on there.anybody have any information on this?

It is no different than your truck still under the bumper to bumper warranty, as long as you can prove you did the required maintenance. Your warranty should be good. IMO. A lot of members do their own regular maintenance on the trucks.

As long as you continue to follow all of Ford's continuing maintenance schedule using appropriately specified fluids and filters (doesn't have to be MotorCraft brand) and keep rigorous contemporary records of that work (e.g. a log of dates, mileage, and copies of receipts), you will be good.

BTW, is this a genuine Ford ESP? I hope so, but in any case, you need to read the complete, many-pages, ESP contract, not rely on any 'brochure' for the full terms and conditions.

If not a genuine Ford ESP, it is possible that yours may have requirements other than those I mentioned (e.g. some really shitty 3rd-party ESP contracts require all maintenance work to be done by certain approved facilities on a schedule they stipulate, and yes, that's a legal money-making racket / rip-off).

I used ESP often on my last truck and never once did they ask for service records. Not saying they won't, but just keep track of the work you do like you should be doing with any vehicle and should never be of concern.

Multiple timing fixes under warranty and the engine rebuild. Never asked how often or when I changed the oil. They just fixed it. It has to be obvious that you did something really dumb to get warranty coverage denied. At least in my experience with a good dealer. Not all dealers or service teams are equal though.
