Vibration at 80 mph

I just finished an hour on the interstate and I set my cruise at 80 with me driving and my son in the car seat behind me. I noticed when I’d get right to about 80 mph my passenger seat was shaking like crazy. I couldn’t really feel it in my steering wheel bad but still it was wayyyy too much vibration for a truck with 1000 miles on it.

anyone have the same issue? do I need to have the tire balance checked? My pressure is 37/38 all around cold

Did you check the bolts securing the passenger seat to the frame? That’s odd it was just the passenger seat.

I think it was just because it had no weight on it to absorb the vibration

but I will check them

Not my f150 but I just had this in my Ford Fusion. It may not be the case but I had the exact same thing at high speeds. Two things to check for

1) any bulging in the tires ?

2) my rims have deep pockets and we’re absolutely caked in hard mud. So much it was adding weight and causing a severe imbalance.

I have a 2021 STX. Same thing happens to mine. I took back to the dealer. they changed the 2 back tires and balanced all 4 tires. Still shakes like crazy. Im pissed!!!!

Mine is in there as we speak - they are replacing another tire so that’s 2. I have an STX loaner and it shakes as well. I think it’s the crappy hankooks.

Mine has Good years. But they got me fucked up thinking Im going to buy new tires on a truck with less than 1k miles. They need to make this right. Mine is going back tomorrow. Ive read threads about the slip yoke, etc. Seems like a never ending issue. I bought this truck becuase I thought it was well built.

My 2022 has Pirellis. Rumble/vibration in floor. Issue started on drive home after delivery.

Anyone figure out how to resolve this yet? My 22’ lariat 4wd screw has had this from day one…I just replaced 4 tires and still an issue. Drives me nuts ready to trade this bitch it at this point. Took it to dealer twice and they tell me everything is normal of course but $60k truck should be smoother than this.

I have the same issue. 21 screw, 3.5. New tires, several balancing attempts but it hasn't solved the issue. It occurs right at cruising speed of 73-77mph. Super frustrating.

Was having this issue had transmission reprogramed under tsb 22-2224 issue is 95% resolved and i think the remaining 5% is just the falken tires.
