Vibration at 80 mph

Was having this issue had transmission reprogramed under tsb 22-2224 issue is 95% resolved and i think the remaining 5% is just the falken tires.

How would a software issue cause a vibration?

To me it does feel like a wheel out of balance, or perhaps a balance issue with a driveshaft. Maybe less likely is a pinion angle discrepancy

I was very skeptical about the tsb solving my issue, I was sure it was a driveshaft or pinion angle issue but they said they had to do the tsb first and see if it solved the issue or not. I thought I was going to be headed back in but its been about 1,000 smooth miles. TSB should be covered under powertrain warranty worth a shot.

Good to know. The Ford rep. is looking into this for me right now. I was hesitant to bring it to the dealership, as I am about to install the Bilstein 6112/5160 combo and some aftermarket wheels and tires so I wanted to be sure it wasn't wheel balance related first.

I am having the exact same issue on my 2022. I just replaced all four tires, and it still does it. I was going to try an alignment next, but I have seen threads where a driveshaft replacement fixed it. @Ford Motor Company is there any resolve to this, yet?
