This morning I started my 2022 Lariat and found that no air was coming out of the vents. I tried every temperature, and every button on the dual climate control system without success. I tried to reset the climate control by disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes, but still no air from the vents. The blower motor is running fine and you can hear it run at different speeds, so that seems fine. I checked the cabin air filter, and it was wet, so some water collected in that area. I saw a post about cleaning out a drain that may be plugged, so I'll do that. Is there a fuse or something that I could check to see if I could get the vent actuators to open?

I have a 2021 Lariat,
i have a vent issue with mine but a little different,,, i can switch from floor to defrost to vent but it will blow cold out the drivers side ever second time its started ,,
I replaced my battery and thats when it began
My dealership said it was stuck actuator motors, but they misunderstood my explanation,,,,,
i don’t believe my actuators are stuck because they work properly every other start

Have you tried shutting yours off and restating immediately,,, then check the function !
I think my issue is computer related ,, maybe yours could be similar ,,
They did say they got a trouble code from their scan!

If you have FORScan, you can run a self-test on the HVAC module. The test will cycle the damper actuators and vary the fan speed and report fault codes if there are issues.

Thank you for your replies. I was able to fix my problem last night when there was time to work on the truck. I realized that the problem was that the cabin air filter was soaked with water, and apparently, would not allow air flow through it. I changed the cabin filter and now air blows just fine. What I'm doing now is trying to figure out why the filter and the passenger side carpeting was wet. It looks like the drains on the intake vent at the base of the windshield is plugged somewhere.

Well, Here is a followup to the water collecting in the outer cowling. I drilled out the holes on each side of the cowling and that solved the problem of water collecting and getting into the air intake and soaking the cabin air filter. As a result of water entering the intake, the blower apparently got water in it. This resulted in a noisy blower because the bearings got wet and rusted. Because Ford won't honor its warranty, I had to change out the blower and now all is good. The old blower had definitely gotten water in it, and I suggest that those who have had soaked cabin air filters, keep this in mind.
