I believe you just got 3.5.3.2, which Jesse says is ~5.7 GB of data. Unless there's a lot more beforehand, these downloads only represent <1% of the update file size. Must be a combination of wifi and cellular or just uses Wifi some housekeeping/status updates?

Wouldn't these updates be more than a couple mb in size tho? I would suspect them to be 100's of mb at a minimum. Gigs are probably a more realistic size.

I see the same traffic on my wifi, my truck has been connected since the end of October 2022 and download has been ~30mb and upload has been ~200mb total

If anything that is just the campaign that is being sent. I see nothing more than a few MB, these updates are GB's in size.

It'll download over the cell modem when you are out driving around.

Yeah, that's similar to the data I've seen. The latest APIM updates are 6GB+ of data, not several dozen MBs. I could record the data going over the wifi, but it's nothing of note to bother with as the total payload over many many months was ~200MB or less.

Compare that to the 10GB worth of updates i've received during that same time.

Man I was getting excited that Ford finally smartened up and started using WIFI to download full updates. It baffles my mind they don't use that function to their benefit. I'm totally guessing but I'd bet at least ~40% of trucks are connected to some kind of WIFI when they are parked at their "home" location.
