I just went ahead and purchased that model dash cam. Any chance I can see a pic of how it looks in your truck, such as placement and cabling for power? Thanks!
Power is from my Rear view mirror by this DONGAR
I tucked the rear cable under the headliner along the windshield and then ran the rest under the black rubber molding you see up top all the way to the back--took 5 minutes! Not sure how the 22's are compared to my 19, but should be close to the same routing! My camera only comes on when the truck is running.

Thank you so much for the pics! That's very interesting about the power source. Didn't know that was an option. I'm on the fence about having it wired for parking mode. Might be overkill.

Yea thats a nifty little piece to plug into the back of the camera--makes it so simple to supply power since its a USB-cord! unless you wanted 24/7 power, then its hard wire time!
