Trying to figure off set effect

Factory wheels/tires are 20 inch with 44 offset (I believe +) and 275/60R20 tires
Wanting to go to Tremor take offs which are 34 offset (believe +) and 275/70R18 tires.

On a non Tremor F150 does this moves the tires 10mm outward away from the truck?

You are correct. The lower the offset number. The further out the wheel comes from the fender. It won’t be a much noticeable difference.
