Truck starts talking without prompt

Often, the truck starts talking as if I gave it a command when I didn't. Like "if you'd like to make a call".... or some other things. I didn't press anything & didn't say anything that would cause this. I'm wondering if this is the cause of yet more electrical issues I'm having with my 2021 F150. Dealer ran a check & found a whole host of electrical problems but can't fix it yet. They think a chip or panel or something may fix the problem but aren't sure & they have no idea when they'll get that part in. This has been going on for months. Some issues have stopped (ground fault) others come & go. Not too happy.

I have the same problem and just turned off that feature. It still activates from time to time from something said on the radio.

So you don't think it's an electrical problem? Because my truck has other electrical issues going on which they can't explain & can't fix.

sorry i just had to.
mine makes a screach right before the phone rings and does not display callers name, only the number.
