So you don't think it's an electrical problem? Because my truck has other electrical issues going on which they can't explain & can't fix.

Often, the truck starts talking as if I gave it a command when I didn't. Like "if you'd like to make a call".... or some other things. I didn't press anything & didn't say anything that would cause this. I'm wondering if this is the cause of yet more electrical issues I'm having with my 2021...

Had same problem. F150 hybrid. Outlet wouldn't work but the USB port where the phone charger is would still charge my phone at least. No more ground fault errors for some reason but having a whole host of other electrical issues on my 2021 F 150. Dealer is waiting for a chip or panel or...

I started having ground fault error, phone charger plugged in. Onboard manual says to reset on screen but it won’t reset. Low power mode & generator mode won’t work. Next morning it was fine. Drove 2.5 hrs, on return about 2 hrs ground fault again, phone wouldn’t charge, no power to outlets...
