Same here. I asked my dealer to get me the touch up paint and they said they couldn’t find it so who knows. Will probably just have to pick something close and hope for the best.Dang, I already have a chip in the power coating on new set of tremor wheels. Does anyone have touch up paint code that’s close?
Thanks
Thanks, I picked up some last night. I must be old, I thought touch up paint was still $10 or so, ha ha. If it does not warm up soon I will get out the heat gun out and touch it up.I chipped my Tremor wheels several months ago and used some “Magnetic” touch up paint and it seemed to match really well. Paint code J7
Nope, it's smart. If this would have been a year or two from now I would do the same thing. Just something about getting a chip in the first 200 miles, I have to fix it so I don't look at it every time I walk up to the truck.I must be really lazy. Saw a scratch in one of my rims today, walked into a hardware store and bought a sharpie and filled it in. I plan on getting a lot more!
You think color matching the wheels are tough, try the interior plastics. The dealer took a chunk out of the center console on the right side while removing the passenger seat to replace the seat cover and took a chunk out, as well as scratched my newly covered window tint. Was a nightmare trying to find a color match.Dang, I already have a chip in the power coating on new set of tremor wheels. Does anyone have touch up paint code that’s close?
Thanks
