Transmission Learning on New Trucks

First off, what tune made you enjoy your 3.5 EB 2021+ F150 shifting feel so much smoother and consistently?

Now I have 3500 miles on my truck in 6 months of ownership.

Idk if there's an ideal tune for the EcoBoost (2022 3.5l) that can help have a more consistent and enjoyable experience but the transmission is so damn moody on these things. From not having load (i.e. just me driving and no cargo) to being much smoother when I have my wife and daughter in the truck with me. I love Sport mode's spirited driving but the way it can sit there and hold RPMs above 4k and not shift for what feels like eternity is super odd. Perhaps I need my TCU reflashed by Ford. I would be very happy to find something middle ground in performance somewhere between Normal and Sport. Or, sport power with much better shift timing that nearly mimics or does mimic mechanical transmission shifting behaviors of the past. Any and all tips or suggestions are appreciated

My 23 with 3.5 eco has been harsh shifting since right after I bought it. Almost 6 thousand on it now and still shifts poorly. I can reset the trany and it shifts great until it learns to shift bad.its crazy. If I could stop it from learning it would be great
Ford must know this but don't care.
