What do you mean "recalibrated"? What part of them is off center? There's so many moving parts, which one? More details, please.

Don't understand your issue... Not sure which option you have, below, I'm referring to Power&Telescoping Tow Mirrors at $250 option price.

Trailer Tow Mirrors have 2 mirrors on each side.

The lower wide view mirror is manual adjust (i.e. push with your finger) until you have it where you want it and it stays there.

The upper (larger mirror) is adjusted with the controls on the driver's side inside door. And then you store that setting in one of your Memory Location buttons (which you can then associate with your specific Key Fob).

The Telescoping function (moving the mirrors further out from the truck) is controlled by another switch. This is not automatic it stays where you set it.

Finally, if you have Auto-Fold on , the mirrors will fold in when you lock the truck, and fold out when you unlock.

What is "off-center"?

Hmmm, ok, but what mirrors are you talking about? Are you talking about the 360 Camera view that uses all the cams, including the ones in the outside rear view mirrors? And that view is off?

Ah, so this has to do with your 360-degree cams display, not your trailer tow mirrors per se (the side cams happen to be mounted in the non-moving base of whatever mirrors are installed).

Please post a pic of the "off center" display to illustrate your problem.

yes that is correct. they are fixed to the base of the trailer tow mirrors.

Ah, thanks for the pic, now getting closer the the specific situation - this relates to the Trailer Reverse Guidance split-screen view in particular? No other views?

Yeah I see that the two sides differ slightly relative to each other, but honestly that doesn't strike me as disturbing or detracting from the functional purpose of the view at all. I guess my OCD isn't as rampant as yours in this case (light hearted comment in good spirit, no offense intended, there's certainly things that bug me ;) ).

I do know there's a complex procedure described in the Workshop Manual for 'recalibration' of the cams to ensure the different cam images 'stitch together' correctly for certain views.

I quickly reviewed that procedure when I had a 72-hour subscription to the online Workshop Manual but that's not a section I chose to save to my archive for later reference so don't have it to share it with you, sorry. I do recall it required the use of Dealer Diagnostic Tools, nothing that could be done using menus we can access in the vehicle.

I wouldn't hazard a guess about how getting the dealer to undertake that procedure that might change the problem you perceive in that particular view. Personally if that's the only problem with the cams / views I'd be loath to let a dealer mess with things (for fear of a worse outcome or other unintended consequence), but that's just me.

Good Luck! :)
