Trailer Mirror Not Folding Fully

Mine sounds like they are braking every time they fold, with all the plastic on plastic screeching noises... :/

Mine are kind of noise but not that bad..

Yesterday for the first time ever my driver's side TT mirror did not fully un-fold upon leaving a parking lot where I'd folded 'em in.

Used the button to fold then unfold while driving, it went closer to fully open with each try, fully open on the 3rd, no problem since.

Stuff happens .....

Mine are kind of noise but not that bad..

Mine are nearly silent and have been used a bazillion times.

Can't understand the reason(s) why QC is so wide and varied on these vehicles. Perhaps Ford has multiple suppliers for single parts/pieces. I dunno...
