Tracking web site not working

I have a VIN and scheduled week of production of 11/07 but when I enter the order # and VIN into the tracker it says “Invalid order # or VIN #.” Does the vehicle actually have to be in the process of being built before this web site will work?

do you copy and paste your order # and vin #

The order # and VIN were automatically entered when I used the Ford email sent to me and I also manually entered them when I googled the tracker web site. Neither worked. Just wondering if I need to wait until the week of 11/07 to see if there’s any info available?

Used your info and it says your vehicle has already been delivered so I guess it’s working, just not enough info available on my vehicle yet.

That’s weird. As soon as I got my VIN I could track it.

Got my email with VIN and scheduled production week of 11/07last Thursday, 09/29

Are you using the tracker in the tool bar at the top of this page?

Received VIN 9/22 for production week 10/17. Tracker is yet to work and Ford CS claims that it won’t until the truck enters production

Using the tracker that you are directed to with the Ford email, which is the same one you get when you enter the web site: shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status

Using the tracker that you are directed to with the Ford email, which is the same one you get when you enter the web site: shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status
Try using the one at the top of this page in the black tool bar just click on the word tracker and inter your order # and Vin # and see what happens just for grins and giggles
