I’ve used my local Ford mobile service for 2, recalls and my 1st complimentary oil change / tire rotation. Very satisfied. Would definitely use them again. Don’t have the hassle of going to the dealer and sitting for a couple of hours.

Thanks to all who responded to my concerns about fan speed control and muting the radio. Both of these issues have been resolved.

Pushing the temp button did the trick. Didn’t know that function was there. I was sure that the fan wasn’t suppose to run all the time, even if it was just on level 1. As for the radio, I’ll continue to turn it down or off when needed. Just wondering if it had a mute button like my wife’s 2016...

I know fan speed will be reduced if answering a phone call via Bluetooth. Just wondering if the fan can be completely turned off when driving. Mine is always on level 1, will not go to 0.

I have a 2023 XLT w/12” screen. 1st question - my fan selector speed is always on level 1. It will not go to zero. Is this the way the switch is made or is mine faulty? 2nd question - is there a mute button for the radio on the screen or panel below the screen? Can’t seem to find one. Please help

The 1st that I ordered on 8/29 has a build week of 11/21 coming out of Dearborn. The 2nd truck duplicate ordered by my dealer on 10/6 has a build week of 11/28 coming out of KC. Both trucks are Hot Pepper Red.
