Towing a trailer with a Lightning might not be a good plan.

Another Completely useless vehicle for most people. I looked at the Ford E-Transit cargo van spec, the range is only 126 miles for the low roof van. I currently have a Chevy Cargo van I use for my business, and many times I will put 200+ miles in a day. I guess if you are doing short drives around town this might work but it is real easy to surpass 126 in a day. https://www.ford.com/commercial-trucks/e-transit/

All too often people buy a tow vehicle and then find that it will not be able to tow the camper they want to buy. The two need to be matched and considering the dollars involved one would hope that people would figure this out ahead of time - but the don't.

With an electric truck the problem is recharging at a campsite which is only possible if one goes to a RV type campground with 30-amp power at each site.

For towing there is the option of buying a hard side pop-up camper that reduces the air drag by 50% or more. For more than 20 years people have been buying smaller tow vehicles and as a result the camp trailer manufacturers have made lighter trailers and pop-up ones that can be towed with much less horsepower and a lighter tow vehicle frame. There are also one made for trail use although they are soft sided mobile tents with a porta pottie.

Often overlooked is that many places will not allow camping unless a full self-contained camper is used where there are black and grey water waste tanks.
