Torque Specs

All,
Is there a site,manual, or software to find Ford F150 torque specifications? It seems that every time I need to perform some maintenance, I need to hung for torque specs on the internet. It would be nice to have a one stop shop for this. What am I missing? Thanks!

If you only need a few I'd search the internet and make a list to have when you do maintenance (wheel lugs, drain pan plugs etc.) If you want them all you will need at access the Service Manuals, I bought the CD-ROM from the HELM site for about $200.
