I found that heat does not seem to have anything to do with it. Sometimes we have been on the road for hours and it happens, other times we have barely left the driveway. No Rhyme, No Reason. Some times it resets mid drive, but usually only after the truck has been parked for a bit, then can reoccur on the next leg of the trip or a few more legs later.
It has been happening July through September last year. In Sept, the dealer reset things and started the TSB but aborted when they found the Coil was not available from Ford and they did not have it. The TPMS started acting up again in April and has continued through present.
