Tire Circumference 35's

Happy Monday! I recently installed Nitto Ridge 295/65/R20 (35s) tires on my truck and they look amazing. However, I noticed that my truck was going faster than the speedometer was indicating when driving at 70mph. So, I decided to change my tire circumference from 2547 to 2799. But after the update, I still noticed that my truck was 3 mph faster than the speedometer when driving at 70mph.

Can someone please advise me on how much more I should add to the tire circumference of 2799 to get to the accurate or closest speed of my truck or GPS?

After a lot of driving, I changed my tire circumference to 2625 which put me at the exact speed of 70 mph on the dash and using google maps.

What kind milage drop did you notice with the 295/65R20's?
Also what rear axle ratio do you have?

I want to go bigger on my truck, and wanted to go with 285/65 but for the strangest reason, the 295/65 is actually cheaper....
