2021-2023 F150 tailgates with the chrome applique that comes on the King Ranch or Platinum doees it have a indentation in th tailgate where it goes or is it the same flat surface like the stantard gate. Trying to figure out as i want to put a applique on my new truck since you no longer can the chrome package.

It is indented and has a ton of hole for mounting clips.
