Tailgate utility included on XLT?

I just realized my 21 XLT doesn’t have the plastic insert in the tailgate with the 48” measure and “tablet” holder. Isn’t this supposed to be standard?

The plastic “insert” with the cell phone/tablet holder and measuring tape only comes with the optional tailgate step. Looks like you have the standard tailgate without a step.

Nope. It’s optional on most trim levels
