"System Shift Failure" warning message

Took my truck in now one week ago, the red flashing warning said “ System Shift Failure” it was lacking power. But it has been a Pain for the dealership to troubleshoot, then was told by Ford to stop working on it they will send an engineer to figure it out. First I have to say I have the loudest electric motor, the truck I test drive was so quiet, and that is why I ordered a powerboost. I am hoping this isn’t the worst decision. Has anyone else had problems with there powerboost engines?

My XLT electric motor is a bit loud. So far it works just fine. My Ford Pass App is the one not working at all.
