SHIFT SYSTEM FAULT Service Required Warning

Hey All,
I have a 2021 KRPB with 121K miles on it. Truck was running fine when I parked it. From what I can tell it did not receive any updates overnight, but the next morning it through the following:
1. Service Vehicle Soon
2. SHIFT SYSTEM FAULT Service Required

The following DTCs are present
U0100-87 Lost Communication with (ECM)/(PCM)"A"
B1083-07 Recirculation Damper Motor
U0103-00 Lost Communication with (GSM)

The truck is still shifting and running fine. Has anyone had this issue and how was it resolved? Connector or new shift mechanism, etc?

I had same error code for the U0103.

Read on some other forms about the stow away center console shifter going bad and throwing the "shift system fault" I replaced the shifter with one that goes with my vin and same deal.

I have 2023 150 XLT with 3.5 ecoboost. I get this message constantly when temps are 33 degrees or colder. Once spring set in and warmer weather it stopped altogether. Had it to two different dealers and neither could figure it out or reproduce it. I am concerned that Ford doesn’t have a solution and hooking up to computer doesn’t figure it out.

Well this escalated quickly! I ended up getting the Harpoon in the back of the truck icon related to pulling over safely. The truck will no longer start at all or go into neutral. There are a number of codes related to losing communication, one voltage high and one voltage low. I ended changing both the large and auxiliary 12V batteries. The large was registering 11.5v and the auxiliary was registering 11.3 once disconnected. I topped both new batteries before putting the auxiliary in first and then the large. I was hoping this would fix and reset it, but no luck. Is there any special thing I need to do to reset the truck persay to determine if there is an actual issue or if this was battery related?
