I was starting to panic after doing all of these proceedures AND STILL BEING STUCK.
Being a Technician i tried a few things(ae Cap discharge), still no go.
I called my stealerships and they were unhelpful as always.
I finally tried something with success, with the ignition on, hold the EPB button up, smash and hold the brake pedal and performed the exit maintenance mode in Forscan......BINGO.

Hope this helps.

Nice, Good confirmation that Forscan needs you to press the brake down while using the procedure (someone said that as well in a different thread I think).

Couple questions - Did you have to use Forscan to get the truck into brake maintenance mode? What version of Forscan and what OBD adapter are you using?

I'll definitely try this when I have to do a brake fluid flush. Thanks.
