Seemed high. Any idea what voltage on that line is supposed to be?

so I am wondering if this is a battery issue. I replaced the Media Hub. It was working when I put it in. Then it stopped working. Also I notice that the TCU is intermittently working (sometimes it won't let me access connected services, sometimes it will, it was giving some errors at some point about network connection, wouldn't detect wifi networks either, often in navigation it has a cloud with a cross through it). I just went outside and put it on a charger, while on the charger it let me add my wifi again, didn't check the connected services although my app is making me reactivate so perhaps that needs to happen first and the cell service at my house sucks. Then I plugged in my phone into the new media hub which was working and then stopped working and now it's working again, phone charges and connects to APIM with cable. Then I reset the BMS because I had been messing around with the battery and the BMS previously and then I could not longer access my wifi network or connected services but the media hub still worked. The battery is about 5 years old and is a very large AGM battery (equivalent of an Odyssey 2150), when I use one of those large battery testers on it it tests fine, no problems starting etc, but I have a powerful stereo that I have been testing which can drop the voltage into the 11s, I am wondering if maybe that is causing the BMS to shut things off and get confused? I locked the car and will leave it overnight hoping that it will relearn whatever it needs to and then in the morning it will work properly

I'm not sure what's supposed to be there and without taking it out or probing my C263 I couldn't ascertain that. @Jesse-Infotainment would know.
Just to follow up with all of this, the media hub that was working and then seemed to stop working has now been working again and is working fine. So that issue seems to be resolved. It may have been getting shut off by the BMS. There is however the problem of the network not working, I can use the FordPass app to unlock and lock the car no problem, so clearly it has a connection to the network, but the navigation doesn't have a connection to the network for traffic and will often give an error, I can't view connected services or setup Alexa because it says no network connection. Clearly there is a network connection as I can use the app to lock and unlock the car. Sometimes the Wifi will work and connect to my home network and sometimes it won't. Seems intermittent but mostly not working. Will just start working every now and then. I ran ForScan and noticed there are two Gateway module errors. Both are basically related to the same thing which is inability to communicate with the APIM via ethernet. I reset the TCU on Forscan which didn't help. I reset the Gateway module on Forscan which also didn't help. I can't see any option in Forscan to run a Gateway module self test but I did a self test on the APIM and on the TCU and both were ok. I am feeling like if I had a faulty Gateway module it would have more not working than that, I feel like if I had a bad APIM I would have more issues as well. Is it possible that the connection between the apim and the gateway is loose? If so which plug would that be? I had mentioned they replaced the APIM but they were also messing with the gateway module as that was the first thing that they thought it could have been last year when I was having OTA issues. I am not sure if they replaced it or not but I know they for sure tried to replace it and had it not help so I don't know if I have the new one or the original but the dealer certainly unplugged it in the past. I think it could be a loose connection because it does SOMETIMES work, briefly and not very frequently but sometimes
