I like star wars. My truck makes me really think of the red guard, but thinking of doing either Roque Squadron or Red Leader theme. Not sure. Just gonna log my process/updates here and see what people think (though I will ultimately do whatever I want, but don't let that stop you from honest feedback...LOL)

Just played around with an FX4 replacement sticker today:

And I think on the back window I"m going to put this, but in flat black (I know it will be somewhat hard to read, but I think I'll like the "ghosted" effect):

Finally, for hood, I'm thinking of something like this (really rough mock up)

Are you making them yourself?
How much just for the FX4 decal?

Yeah, they actually released a star wars edition Rogue in 2017. I knew someone who got one and it was nice, though a bit understated.

That is just a quick mock up I did really quick. I'm going to probably find a shop (on etsy or somewhere) who can go through and do a much better/cleaner design. I will let them know there are other interested and I can "spread the word" once they have a working design.

I"m thinking the X-wing in my mock up is too "flat" compared to the rest of the sticker, so I may play around with it some more as I have time.

I love themes, and this one rocks!!

I think the hood would be really hard to se because it is so high, might not be worth the cost. The Fx4 logo and back windshield are great.

Just for your consideration ..... I've had great success and enjoyment working with a local signmaker in my small town on projects like this, surely there's one near you in Sebring. Among the advantages I've enjoyed are
  • the ability to see the exact materials being used (color, finish, and quality can vary)
  • the ability to participate 'over the shoulder' as design tweaks are made / suggested by the shop pro
  • usually very quick turnaround
  • easy replacement in case of application foibles or later damage
In addition to supporting your local economy, you may find, as I have, that the designer at your local shop gets personally vested in your project which can lead to all sorts of great suggestions / ideas

Again, just for your consideration, Have Fun! :)

Have you considered the hood design as a rocker stripe?
