'23 F150 Lariat FX4 with power running boards. Need Stairs or a ramp so my dog can get in and out of the back seat floor that stores nicely in the truck bed. He is 12 and doesn't jump quite like he used to and definitely does not like being picked up.

I use a dogs-up ramp. They come in different lengths. I use mine to get my labs into the bed of my truck but also to get my 13 y/o golden into my husbands lifted truck. They last forever, waterproof and stable.

I have tried a folding molded plastic one but it wasn't stable for my 86 pound golden.

I've been using this set of folding stairs for the last 18 months. My 12 year old Lab goes with me everyday. He has no problem with these. $59 on amazon

Ramp sounds like a neat idea. Lacy is about 45 lbs, but Mr. Boomer (see picture at left) is only about 21 lbs, so I just pick him up.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up going with the Dogs Up ramp from Canvasworks because he does have trouble with stairs. Got it in yesterday and after a few minutes, got him to use the ramp to go into the back seat and come back down the ramp. I think it's going to be great once he gets used to it. The ramp is very light weight and seems to be very well made. Very happy with trlhe purchase.
