If it is while going into and out of ICE mode most people are getting this diagnosed as a failing heat exchanger valve actuator. It often not does crap the bed all at once overnight but when wear starts to accelerate you get a squeak that will eventually lead to failure if unaddressed.
i had the ICE to EV mode squeak for months before it threw a code which eliminated any room for 'cannot duplicate' or 'they all do that' when I got around to taking it in. And when it threw the code it only did it til I turned the truck off and back on. However it stored it for the dealer to read later.
The heat exchanger and exhaust pipe section containing it along with its coolant fittings were just replaced and the truck is now squeak free. I just haven't been able to establish whether I got an updated version of the failed part.

Hello Ford motor company I was just checking to see if you had a chance to look at my van and see what is causing my squeaking. I noticed that it’s only in the front end mostly and it’s gotten to the point where me and my wife don’t even wanna drive my truck anymore and it’s really sad because good looking truck and it has mainly just sat in my driveway because it is really embarrassing to drive this beautiful truck with the squeaking. When I drive, I just get looks and it is really embarrassing and all I hear is you shouldn’t have bought a Ford to be honest. It does not look good on you guys and I have nothing to say.

My 2021 Powerboost squeaked so bad. Sounded like the whole suspension. Squeaking like a rusty old truck. Very embarrassing and unacceptable. After getting endless recalls, a bad electronic transmission pump and now going on 3 years of ownership (still only 15k miles) figured it was time to pull the plug on it. No more hybrids for me. Too many things breaking, making noises and going wrong.
Since I'm a die hard Ford guy, I bought a new 2024 XLT 5.0. Hope I have better luck. (Though my 2017 XLT 5.0 made a "typewriter noise" (official term) which Ford claims is normal. Sounded like a steel ball bearing blowing around the lower engine until oil pressures got up to snuff.) I haven't been able to win with my Fords yet...
