SOLVED - Unable to access owners manual through touch screen - SOLVED

I have a 23 XLT and wanted to see what was required for my upcoming 20,000 mile service. I went to check the owners manual through the features tab on the touch screen and get a message that says owners manual unavailable.
I'm going to talk to the dealer about it but was curious if anyone else had this issue and had it fixed.

Trust me, you're not missing anything useful, IMO it's a genuine PITA to navigate / find info on the touchscreen.

Do yourself a favor, download the free complete Owner's Manual PDF from the owner's website and put it on your computer / smartphone / device of choice along with free Acrobat Reader. It has a hyperlinked Table of Contents and Index, is key-word searchable, is much more complete and user-friendly, IMO.

Attached FYI is the Scheduled Maintenance section for my 2022, probably the same for your 2023.

You have the wrong vehicle program setup on your APIM. assuming you did some Forscan changes? Your showing program P558.

I have made a few. The forscan spread sheet is showing 7D0-03-02 **xx-xxxx-xx-- as vehicle type, my as built file has 10 which is V P558. It should be B for V P702 correct?

You are correct! I forgot about having to change that to have the climate side card with the soft button for the heated steering wheel.

No worries. Glad to help. Also, have you tried the smart surface theme? Might render the buttons better? Havent tried it but worth a shot if you are tinkering with it.
