Oh wow, interesting. So you scheduled service and just told them your reason is that your screen is shutting down when making a call? Thanks for the feedbackI managed to get my dealership to look into it and force an update by telling them "my sync system shuts off during a phone call" and they we able to force update the power up version and it has since been updating and currently sits at 22-PU0727-VI-FXB and 3.5.2
I am not sure if they are going to have to force other updates but so far so good as far as I can tell.
