Software version seemingly stuck & no BlueCruise

I managed to get my dealership to look into it and force an update by telling them "my sync system shuts off during a phone call" and they we able to force update the power up version and it has since been updating and currently sits at 22-PU0727-VI-FXB and 3.5.2
I am not sure if they are going to have to force other updates but so far so good as far as I can tell.
Oh wow, interesting. So you scheduled service and just told them your reason is that your screen is shutting down when making a call? Thanks for the feedback

I had my 2021 at the dealer last week for BlueCruise not working. They did update the truck to 22293, but it did not fix BlueCruise availability. The "Do NOT proceed with 21G01 BlueCruise updates for ALL VEHICLES at this time..." is still in effect as of mid-April. The dealer saw it after updating my truck and researching why BC was still not working. They said they cant do anything more until that hold is lifted and a solution is provided.

Can someone please share what software version my 2021 (vin: 1FTFW1E81MFA06731 ) should be on at this point? I would like to get the update with full screen car play but I am on what I think to be 22177?

Also am I missing something obvious like a webpage which lists each update and sequential version numbers that make sense?

If your truck is at 22293, it's far beyond what's necessary for Bluecruise. And it's not likely the APIM could have been updated that far without all the prerequisite updates for modules like the GWM and TCU to have been updated as well.

So either you must have a missing update to one of the ancillary modules(?), like CCM or something, or you have DTC's, or you are just waiting for Ford to activate it on their end.

Guess what I am saying is that if your dealership got your APIM updated to 22293, they already far surpassed 21G01 hold. No reason to stop now! ?

Have you had any of the gurus here look up your VIN? I bet they might be able to decipher why you don't have Bluecruise because I don't think it's for the normal reasons.

You bluecruise trial most likely expired. I don't remember how to check the dates, and I know there was an OTA update being pushed out to trucks to correct the date issue. I also know Jessie knows of a way to fix it, too.

Where is it that you check the date your BC expires?

@Snakebitten Good idea on checking the VIN again since the last update. Will ask in that thread.
@rugedraw My free trial subscription was renewed until December 2023. It is in Settings -> About Sync, down at the bottom.
