Anyone notice this site comes to an absolute CRAWL from about 10:00 - 10:30 ET every morning? Maybe I'm on here too much.... Seems like a weird time to do daily maintenance if that's what it is (Feels like it is anyway).

Could just be user load as that is 8am MT/7amPT so there are users across the country checking the site when the "start working".
