I copied my window sticker. It clearly says bluecruse is included. Nothing about a limited time or furniture subscription.
For now I have it back because I made a valid case but im not holding my breath.
21 and part of 22 had bluecruise trial for 3 years with a free trial 4th year. 23 and up got bluecruise free trial for 90 days with no free year trial.
The bluecruise in the window sticker is just saying you have the equipment and you can pay for a subscription.
Bluecruise was never advertised as being free for life it was advertised as being a paid subscription either for a month or by the year.
