Shock Surplus customer service issues

Not to worry Shock Surplus still has crappy customer service. My coilovers were to be delivered July 25th, yet they havent even shipped them. I cant get anyone on the phone, no call backs, and no replies to chat. They were nice enough to create a shipping label, lol.

Did you ever get these? I would think yes. PM me your info and I'll look into it right away.

I did not, ended up cancelling the order. I ordered from another vendor and had them in 3 days.

Some Fox stuff. This was the 2nd time ive ordered from Shock Surplus and was given a tracking number and then nothing was shipped. Whoever runs your shipping dept has dropped the ball for numerous people. I myself will never use them again.

We just updated our order processing system, and to say it's been smooth, would be a lie. We're a small business, with a small staff not without our own internal system challenges. I ordered a eibach kit for my f150 from shock surplus. I will say there was a couple of issues with the communication on the shipping and my order did take a bit longer to get then what they said. But that being said my experience was good. They communicated good with me when I asked for order updates and they provided me with shipment information when I asked.

We use to ship directly from Eibach, and they don't ship very quickly. We have recently changed this to ship from one of our warehouses. Cost us a bit more, but ships out much faster. We're working to improve the experience and wait times with more employees and refining our systems. Just part of growing pains, but we hear everyone and aim to do better. 💪
