The first shows our trip from central Utah area to Yellowstone. We made several day trips from Tetons to Lake area in the park. The second shows overall mileage and current mpg for mostly highway driving.

Based on the run time, that's only about 44 mph average speed. That's quite low for mostly highway driving. Some of those parks have ridiculously low speed limits.

Speed limit in both parks is 45, with many areas 25 to 35. On freeways I would set the cruise at 60 or 65. On highways, 55 or 60.
