Ok guys quick question,
Currently have a 2” puck level on my truck ( 23 Platinum, 3.5 eco boost ,Max tow, Fx4, Supercrew, 4x4)installed at time of purchase so I can put on
bigger A/T tires on stock rims. The truck still has more rake than I would like so I have an
opportunity to get a good deal on a Roush/Fox 2” coil over . Reviews are all over the place and I’m not sure if I’ll get anymore height or ride improvement
with them? And what max tire size would work with with either puck 2” or Roush 2” coil over? Really want at least 1/2-
3/4” more lift in front without any modifications (cutting). 295/60/20 tires are what I’m looking into. Any real world experience with the Roush kit is appreciated.

The coilover will offer you a more grounded and connected ride than the puck you have, which is still the stock ride. However, 2" is 2" - Fox keeps their level kits at 2" and they mean it. You don't really get more. Good news with the 3.5L EB you should get all 2" of the lift advertised (Powerboost you would get less due to the weight).

If you are looking to increase the height of the front end to take out the rake you need to look at 2.5" level kits. Bilsteins will get you 2.5" and improve ride quality (Ford Performance has a version of these that still keeps your factory warranty), Eibachs will actually get you closer to 3" (but you might have to add on the rear to keep level depending on how much rake you have). Both of these options will likely improve your ride quality over stock and get you the additional lift over what your 2" puck is getting you now. The Fox will help with the ride, but not the lift.

I believe that is the same setup I am running on my ‘22 Roush. I must say, I bought the truck with the intention of replacing the suspension but am very impressed with it so far. As far as max tire size, I would say the stock tires (33x12”) on stock wheels (20x9 with 18mm offset) look to be the limit without any rubs or mods.
I haven’t wheeled it hard yet but it rides much better than the Fox system on my Tundra TRD Pro which I have wheeled hard off-road. Prior to the Tundra (wife’s idea), I have always driven HD diesels (Cummins) with high end suspension (Carli, Thuren etc.), and this budget friendly Fox system feels as nice as those.

Thanks for the reply I am going with 6112 in front and 5100 in rear.
I talked with the Bilstein tech support and this seems to be a common combination on the F150 . Now deciding what 295/60/20
A/T tire to go with on stock 20” or maybe drop down to a stock 18”.
Thoughts?
