Whats up guys,
I decided to remove the rear block from my 2021 Limited powerboost with the ccd suspension. The job was very simple and the look is pretty good. The onboard scales are reading almost full capacity. I connected forescan and did a ride height calibration but that didn't change the value or reset the height sensor. I tried to run the other diagnostics in the VDM but it would not let me... it would give an error and not met me continue.
Months ago I change the weight value in the VMD from 715kg/1598lb to 990kg/2183lb to trick the dampening, I thought that maybe messed with the VDM diagnostics but when I loaded the as build and reran the tests it still gave me the same error.
The error:
"Vehicle not at factory load setting. Rerun procedure once vehicle load has been removed." (The vehile was empty including me. I also tried with me in the truck)
I tried:
VDM On-Board-Scales, calibration
VDM Height sensor calibration
VDM spring calibration
all give the same error.
Any suggestions, aside from putting the bloc back in?
